Meet your Homeopath

Hello, I’m Adele.

To me, health is when your body, mind and emotions are balanced and in harmony. Sometimes we are off balance and symptoms manifest as indicators of our dis-ease.

I have a passion for Homeopathy and I’ve seen, time and again, how effective it is in helping to restore my patients’ health and put them back on the right track.I enjoy talking to people and learning about what makes them tick – these two things are inextricably linked and at the very core of Homeopathic practice.

Homeopathy has been a part of mine and my family’s life for many years now and during this time has healed and supported us through various ailments, illnesses and life challenges.

My first encounter with Homeopathy was around experiencing burn-out and grief, and the second whilst dealing with the pain, discomfort and restrictions Osteo-Arthritis brings. On both occasions I did not want to rely on pharmaceutical drugs, preferring to use this alternative and free from side-effects treatment. The gentle, positive and life changing results I experienced with this form of medicine, led to my exploration of the world of Homeopathy and a four year study and clinical Licentiate, with The South Downs School of Homeopathy based at The University of Chichester.

I like that this gentle form of medicine gives my patients the option to take responsibility for their own health, and not, to solely rely on pharmaceutical drugs.

I love being a Homeopath and when I’m not working I enjoy the outdoors, local walks along the shoreline, pottering around the garden grounds me, as does regular pilates classes. I appreciate art, in all its forms, and feeding my family and friends healthy, homecooked food is just joyful!

If you’d like to help yourself heal Homeopathically too, please get in touch.
